Are the giant egg rolls at the state fair gluten friendly (as in, no wheat)? I saw the ingredients listed were all inherently GF. I don’t have to worry about cross contamination, so I’m wondering if that’s why it’s not labeled as GF?

Not sure what the wrapper of the egg roll is made of. That could be what makes it not gluten free.
